The Cycle of success

Happy weekend!

One of the things I love to do on the weekend is grow personally through encouraging podcast about self-improvement and entrepreneurship.

I stumbled upon a message from Christine Cane it was one of the worlds’s most popular speakers.

She talked about the four levels of success.

🎉Preparation-

Workshops, learning a new skill, getting mentorship, watching how-to videos

🎉Repetition-

Practicing, ( many sources believe that it takes 10,000 to 20,000 hours of practice to become an “expert“ - depending on how much time you concentrate this could be anywhere from 2 to 5 years! )

🎉Reputation-

This is where you start building a network of clients that love you and worword-of-mouth has become your greatest best friend

🎉Elevation-

Your personal level of “success” where you’ve “reached your goal.

As a business owner for the last 11 years, I’d like to take this a step further to talk about the “Cycle of Success.”

It’s not a linear step one to step four process- this is where most people get stuck and stop growing during the hard times. This is where deep depression sets in because they can’t understand why things aren’t working.

It’s a cycle of growth, teachability and constantly learning new things through the years.

If 2020 has taught me anything… it’s to expand and constantly grow and learn new skills through the years and NEVER stop learning.

It’s more of a cycle of small successes that add up to very large ones.
